(1) Recycled packing sponge:

Regenerated cotton is made from discarded cotton flowers, industrial waste materials and recycled cotton and yarn heads of textile enterprises. Especially, it may contain medical waste cotton in the original guess. Therefore, regenerated cotton will cause damage to human health, and the placing of regenerated cotton and civilian cotton together will cause simple pollution. Good quality flocks are generally soft in color and white or milky white. The fibers are fluffy and even, soft and elastic. The regenerated cotton from old cotton flowers has taste because it is washed with sulfur bleaching or washing powder, while the regenerated cotton from garment waste has odor of medicine and mildew. Sponge factory regenerated sponge itself can be produced, but can only be used in greenhouses, greenhouses and other industrial and agricultural insulation, can not be used in the daily life of ordinary people. If it is used for industrial and agricultural heat preservation, it does not matter to regenerate the black and white spots. Recycled cotton is processed from fibrous industrial wastes. Because it is harmful to human body through chemical bleaching and dyeing, it is not allowed to be used in common people's cotton quilts or directly contact with human body.

(2) Foaming packing sponge:

This material is made of polyether foam, just like foamed bread. It can be foamed by mechanical equipment or by artificial boards. The foamed cotton is like a square bread. It can also be adjusted by slicing process and cutting thickness according to different requirements. The sponge plant usually uses 25-28kg/m3 as the base sponge, while the others use 20-22kg/m3 as the density. Although the softness and hardness of sponges are directly related to density, they are also related to different additive formulations. Therefore, there are high elasticity, grey, black grey and soft sponges in the profession. Product design and use should be based on different shapes and structures for rational and scientific allocation, generally divided into upper, middle and lower parts of the allocation of different elasticity, density of sponges. There is a kind of sponge called fire-retardant sponge material (flame-retardant sponge). In fact, before foaming, fire-retardant agents such as chlorine and bromine are added to the material formula to make the sponge ignite, which can produce strong smoke and fire-retardant effect.

(3) Rubber packing sponge:

One kind of sponge is made of natural latex collagen. It has the characteristics of rubber, excellent elasticity, good resilience and no deformation, but its price is not expensive, which is 3 to 4 times higher than that of foamed sponge.

(4) Shaped packing sponge:

This data sponge is made of polyurethane, foaming agent and other additives. When the pressure agent is heated in a simple mould, sponges of different shapes can be extruded. The sponge factory is suitable for the cushion and backing of the swivel chair sofa, and a few handrails are also made of stereotyped sponges.

At present, the data density of 55~60 Sponge elastic hardness can be adjusted according to different parts of the product. In general, the base cotton has higher hardness, higher density, followed by back cotton, and softer rolling cotton.
