It has excellent thermal insulation, heat insulation, sound absorption, shock absorption, flame retardant, anti-static, air permeability and other properties. So how did the sponge come into being?
Sponge foaming is separated from the following five processes:
Nucleation response: Simply put, silicone oil blends all components evenly together, which plays a mediating role in the formation of a nucleus! (that is, formed bubbles). (About 3-15 yarns per hour)
Milky white reaction: It is a kind of process of increasing blockage under the catalytic effect of various small materials. (About 6112 seconds)
Bubble Response: The heat and gas generated by TDI and water reactions after increasing the consistency of the material, which causes the material to bubbles and increase its volume! (70 seconds to 120 seconds)
Gel repercussion: when the temperature of the foam reaches a certain level, the two main materials are gradually opened to gel under the catalytic effect of T9. This process is called ~ (about 30 yarn to 70 seconds).
Ripening response: in the gel (steam) Houhai Mian began the real post ripening repercussion stage (about 12 to 24 hours).
