The temperature of packing sponge decreases quickly, and the temperature deceleration on both sides requires the same, so as to avoid rebound and deformation. Once the temperature of the formed component is reduced to below 80 C, it can be extracted from the die.

Therefore, it is necessary to insulate the foamed cotton sheet, so as to avoid the temperature drop quickly after the packing sponge is extracted from the oven or heating plate, so that the temperature requirement of the hot forming process can not be satisfied.

Packing sponge must be dried before hot forming. Hot forming of hook adhesive requires heating of packing sponge. Heating process can be carried out in oven, heating plate or infrared heater. The duration of heating depends on the thickness of the sheet (about 1 mm/min).

The commonly used color of packaging sponge is black and white. The color packaging sponge belongs to the rubber products of packaging sponge material. It is generally red, yellow, blue, pink, orange, green, grey, coffee and so on. The arbitrary color can be produced.
