It can be said that packaging sponge is still very popular in the 21st century. The use of packaging sponge in major electronic professions and other related professions is widespread. Now the demand for packaging sponge will continue to rise in the future. Here are some introductions of packing sponge notified by Guangtao sponge.
1. Excellent heat resistance of packing sponge: Foaming corner is usually used under 80t. Foaming Px instrument has the ability of 70-80 C, while foaming PP has the ability of 120t. Foamed PP was placed at 120 degrees Celsius for 21 hours. The scale of foamed PP was shortened by less than 2% and that of foamed PE was shortened by about 40% under interesting conditions. Therefore, foamed PP can be used when the temperature exceeds 100 t.
2. Packaging sponges with excellent mechanical functions: Take the Ace-type EVA foaming data of Guhe Electric Company of Japan as an example. Its mechanical functions, such as tensile strength and tear strength, are in the highest level of foam plastics, and its compressive strength is lower than that of rigid PUR and foamed Ps. Dong than that of soft PUR hill, that is, it has medium compressive strength.
3. Packaging sponge has obvious heat insulation: foamed PP and foamed PE-like are closed foam structure, so their thermal conductivity will not be affected by solid and wet, because their thermal conductivity is lower than that of foamed PE, and they have obvious heat insulation, so they can be used as high-grade thermal insulation materials.
4. Packaging sponges with resilience have high impact energy absorption capacity.
5. The chemical corrosion resistance of packing sponge is better than that of all other foam plastics; it is resistant to edible oil and satisfies the needs of sleeve greasy food packaging.
6. Packaging sponge has excellent stress cracking resistance.
7. Compared with foamed PS, foamed PP in packaged sponge emits non-toxic gases during combustion.
8. Packaging sponges can also be recycled.
