EVA lining flame retardant principle: 1. In the solid phase, change the chemical decomposition form, reduce fuel generation. 2. In the gas phase, the free radicals of combustion are eliminated and the fraction of fuel oxidation is reduced. 3. Dilution+cooling+heat insulation and oxygen insulation, release inert gas and carbon formation during combustion.

The effect of EVA lining is achieved by changing the combustion method of materials: retarding or delaying ignition; slowing down combustion rate and flame transmission; reducing smoke generation (reducing combustion rate, reducing toxic gas release = 1/3 of non-flame retardant materials).
